1. It's not "of", it's "by". It's "dismantling", not "dismantlement". I'm not expecting dismantling of maga or MAHA soon.

"dismantlement" is a usage by bloggers who want to appear more erudite than they are. The simple gerund ("ing" ending) is more direct and honest. (Aside: "erudite" is pronounced "er-uh-dite", not "erry-you-dite".)
