And how many of these people contributed to the six weeks of panic and confusion that likely contributed to the loss of the Presidency prior to Biden dropping out? They KNEW Biden should not have announced he was running again. But old line protocols and ways of doing things and the who's who of party politics got in the way.
The reputation of old line Democrats was permanently damaged by their total and complete inability to use the tools they had to bring Trump to trial, label him an Insurrectionist, and put him in prison for his crimes. They had four years and their playing around and feathering their nests prevented competent action.
And what are they doing to help try and pry the bastard out of the White House now? They're all asking for money, and that's about it. The opposition to Trump is grassroots, not a single so called "leading" Democrat is being much help. We have a Trump Presidency and a 29% approval rating, that's what they've done. Get 'em out and let's move on.
