Elements of Patriots are already produced by various Ukraine allies, which could shorten the lead time significantly.

Meanwhile, Ukraine is hedging its bets, and Zelensky has indicated they're developing a Patriot alternative, Freya, which, on past form, could be ready much sooner and significantly cheaper.
