7. FYI: While this building is described as being 37 stories high, that applies to only part of it..

Yesterday

There are several 'terraces' of various heights and widths on the 43rd St side of the original building. They're progressively set back. Hopefully, you can see what I mean here:

The building is being substantially remodeled, with added floors over the terraces in some areas. I believe that the location of the buckling support beams was at the bottom of one of those adds.
