2. As the Robert's court has basically nullified voting rights, the South is predictability

rushing to "Jim Crow" it asap. When you basically ensure that there will be no black districts in states where they are 30+% of the population, that is racial discrimination. Which of course SCOTUS thinks is just fine. Yes, blacks can still vote but they will have no one to vote for that has a snowballs' chance in hell of winning.

This will not be the end of it - these states will redistrict again before the '28 election.

Even if Congress could change the rules - SCOTUS would overrule it.

These are some nasty bastards....always have been and always will be.
