3. What has happened to the security of our agencies and our institutions? I don't remember so many lapses

In an important and disciplined security environment with our communications, military intelligence and safeguards. The leadership in this administration and their department heads are so unqualified and there doesn’t seem to be anyone to tighten up the weaknesses
