16. How many states got rid of their stateline ag inspection checkpoints?

Not entirely blaming the states--my guess is that Federal budget cuts over the last few decades of give-money-to-donors taxcutting mania is partly responsible--but if there is no inspection at state borders that's going to facilitate the spread of screwworm now.

Deregulation lunacy coming home to roost.
