But you used to not be able to ask a job applicant if they were a U.S. citizen. You had to phrase it as, Are you legally allowed to work in this country? I don't see how banks, or trump, can just plow right over that now.

What, "signs," would banks look for? The same ones as ICE? What's the person's skin color, do they have an accent, do they have a smirk on their face?
