I don't think Trump would bother to make a switch out with fake gold.
Who is going to stop him, accuse him, or prosecute him?

And part of the fun for Trump would be to steal from Ft. Knox in broad daylight
with no one stopping him and no consequences.

He is embolden now and proud of his crimes.

Yep it would be hard to get past leprechauns guarding the gold.
