was put in a huge pile near the golf course. Those tests showed the dirt contained toxic materials. IMO the golf course should now file a suit against the contractor who dumped the toxic dirt near the golf course for environmental violations. This ruling, though not a complete win for F45, cannot be left to stand.

This judge should be added to the list of judges to be replaced when sanity once again rules!
