Then declare the need to federalize elections because the criminal local communists can not be trusted to honestly count our votes.

And the Supreme Court says okee-dokee, do what ever it takes to restore public confidence in our national elections. Because those nasty naughty Democratic Party Commies has subverted the entire voting p0process.
By court decree we give presi-DUNCE trDUMP tiotal power to fairly and legitimately administer national elections and voting - so trust can be restored once again.
