The manifesto complains that "fertility awareness" gets a bad rap and is unfairly lumped in with the rhythm method. Things go downhill from there.

p. 455 — nasty stuff about fertility awareness
p. 480 — Title X family planning clinics should stress the importance of marriage and family.
p. 484 — revoke ACA contraceptive mandate; more fertility awareness-base prevention
p. 491 — strict prohibition of any Title X connect to abortion; restore all Reagan-era restrictions

This proposal looks like Project 2025 distilled into an action plan.

Look out for "fertility awareness" with a helping of government surveillance.
