the actual building. Finding someone loitering around the building with a can of gasoline and a box of matches is unlikely to muster the degree of public outrage one requires to shift the voter's opinion dramatically.

Of course, as I learned from John Oliver last week, Hungary's entire electoral system has been compromised by Orban and his fascist minions. We think WE have gerrymandering the USA, but it's much, much worse in Hungary, and Orban controls the courts. So who knows.
