I thought someone should ask Trump if she should be prosecuted when he denied what she said.

But this is just silly. Because to file a referral in good faith, they would have to frame Trump as believable, which he isn't. You have her saying he approved it - under oath - and him with his typical nonsense - not under oath. They are weighing what Noem said under oath against what a serial liar said to a tv camera. That's not a referral in good faith. This is just "tit for tat" childishness over the Comey, Falci and Powell referrals.
