If they have another half trillion, that won't replace the dwindling stocks of Patriot missiles and the like.

You know what takes a lot of cash? Sending in thousands of ground troops. Good luck getting an appropriation for money to do that. Surely the Republican Senators aren't stupid enough to do that. Are they?
