That is a very lame statement, as it is not quantified or enumerated. List each policy mistake and why it was a policy mistake. Only then can we move forward. Here, Rubio is talking down to the Europeans by telling them they need to do things Trump's way, and that is problematic. Being less bombastic than Vance is hardly gratifying.
