1. Punishment without a finding of guilt is a violation of the Constitution

As far as I know the US adheres to the notion of innocent until proven guilty.
Something the current cabal of White House and cabinet squatters seems to have completely forgotten.

Until they actually repeal the law, they ARE subject to it.
