Purpose and scope of warrant not immediately clear as officials scramble to understand nature and target of search


Um, the warrant would have to say what they are after, so it makes no sense for any "official" to claim they don't know the scope of the warrant. The feds have very limited scope and a warrant would have to spell out what State records they are looking for.
