His way of doing his job was to call recess after recess and when that stopped working, shut the government down, pick up his marbles, and go crying home to Mommy..for weeks. His idea of being Speaker was to rubber stamp that horrendous bill the west coast tech billionaires wanted and then cower in the shadows.
