Transformational ideas would be great. But with the foundation of rural healthcare funding being eroded at the same time, there is nothing to underpin or encourage the risk taking of rolling out new ideas. Really what the Repugs want is the magic of all problems solved quickly and at no cost to the taxpayer and to their credit. They must be smoking the good stuff. Pity all the innocents, sick and poor that will be sacrificed to this nonsensical thinking.
