No one should ever take one. Why not just use Wonder Woman's "Lariat of Truth?" Both were invented by the same guy and are just as useful in the real world.

The lack of a background check is unconscionable and inexcusable. Hell, they did one on me when I joined the Army way back when. And I was a nobody doing a more or less menial job.
