18. Cannabis belongs in Schedule II if you don't want to make a schedule just for it

Schedule II: high potential for abuse, recognized medical uses.

The DEA considers taking a drug to get high abuse, and that’s why most people use cannabis.

If it was me I’d do what North Carolina did and make a special schedule for cannabis.
