End of the Aleutian Peninsula.

Cold Bay is a developed harbor with a seafood processing plant. There's no road at all between the Cold Bay hovercraft landing (which you can reach from King Cove) and the Cold Bay airport. The new road would presumably go around the marshy head of Cold Bay.

I'm not going to get worked up about it.
