We know.

In the early 2000s the Clinton Foundation didn't have a plane. Epstein, who had done fundraising for the Clinton Foundation (that was his job, after all) offered up the plane for the Foundation to use, and the Foundation accepted it. This was long before what was known about Epstein was public knowledge.
