Hey, asshole. All that lost time was imposed by one and only one person - YOU, YOU EVIL PIECE OF SHIT! It was entirely your decision to refuse to convene the House into session and get work done. The shutdown did not prevent you from doing that.. You did it because you are one of the biggest liars and assholes on the planet that would rather kiss Trump's ass than do your actual job.
