Bullshit, that's not what she said. Well, if "the entire time" is defined as since the day the shutdown started, she did not say that.

The GQP would LOVE to be able to paint the Democrats as having been grandstanding the entire time, and now here's a prominent liberal outlet (wrongly) claiming just that. And I see others on this site echoing that. Don't do their dirty work for them.
