Sounds like a House of Ill repute to me.

I'm guessing flight records of who flew in aren't available.

I actually like New Mexico, t is very much like the Australian Outback.
But I doubt if that ranch was a place that attracted legit tourists to look at the local scenery.

Zorro Ranch gets a mention on Wikipedia.
