Not really, separate fleets:

The U.S. Fourth Fleet, headquartered in Mayport, Florida, is the primary U.S. Navy fleet that operates in the Caribbean Sea.

The U.S. 5th Fleet is in charge of U.S. naval operations in the Middle East, operating under the authority of the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command. Its area of operations includes about 2.5 million square miles of water, encompassing the Arabian Gulf, Red Sea, Gulf of Oman, Arabian Sea, and parts of the Indian Ocean.
