5. Does this mean that the program my town offers Seniors & low income who file is gone?

Each year the library has trained staff who will help file your taxes. An appointment is required and you must bring your paperwork. The filing is done free and has been a blessing for me for the past 3 years.
Few of us know how to do the state and federal taxes. I don't understand why this offering is being stopped. What threat are we to trump and his crew?
What a freaking mess.
