Probably NOT though, esp. if these agents were virtually untrained, as so many apparently are.

Seems like in this situation there's no reason if they MUST arrest the father they cannot simply have him stay in the car, and call someone to get the baby directly, so she's not traumatized by someone(s) suddenly replacing her daddy in the front seat and driving them away. 1 yo is old enough to where that kind of thing could scare a child
