1. I wonder why Rep. Raskin doesn't name the "alleged" co-conspirators in this letter

Is it because he doesn't know who they are? Or maybe he knows but he can't say, because they've never been charged? How does Raskin know there are "at least 20" co-conspirators? I'm sure he didn't make that number up, he must know something.

Also I don't believe he includes Prince Andrew in that list, since Andrew isn't going to be charged in the US courts AFAIK.

Inquiring minds need to know ....
