There are different rules of evidence, different evidentiary procedures and a whole host of other differences. such as not requiring a unanimous verdict to convict. It could take a little while to get these lawyers up to speed. Then, whose budget will pay for these lawyers? This looks like another half-baked idea coming from the war guy.
