That's going to be a real issue - American travelers... although they are determined to make sure the majority too poor to travel, let alone buy food and maintain healthcare and housing. 
I know if they had issued that advisory, you'd post it within 2 minutes of this post
LOL I know I have posted Advisories in the past but with this administration, I have tried to avoid their propagandized websites.

Diwali is a big thing coming up and I know many locales (like PA) have instituted a holiday for it (although office/school closures are not required here), and that was one of the issues mentioned in the Advisory.
