19. Here's how the "debate prep" would look

1). Jeffries would do his homework and lay out what Americans stand to lose if the bill were signed "as is."

2). Johnson would memorize all of the latest Republican points, especially blaming Democrats.

If Jeffries lays out the truth...the cuts to Medicaid, the people whose healthcare premiums will double or triple...especially if he quotes / cites the bill itself...Johnson really can't get away with denying it, and he'd have to choose whether he's "for it" or "against it," and right now, he's just trying to pretend that it's not in there at all.

There's no way Johnson would show up prepared to address the truth of what's in that poisonous bill.
