I did not know about this. I think Pres pardons given willy nilly are not good for many people I am not saying good or bad for Jackson, as I know nothing of the case.
Jackson will have a tough time I do believe. --but if he has shown he has turned himself around, then more power to him.

In December 2024, Jesse Jackson Jr. drew attention to President Joe Biden's pardon of Hunter Biden, publicly stating his own desire for a pardon.
His father, Rev. Jesse Jackson, wrote a letter to President Biden advocating for a pardon for both his son and former daughter-in-law, Sandi Jackson.
In January 2025, Jackson renewed his request for a presidential pardon, arguing that a pardon would clear his criminal record and provide a path to redemption. A pardon was not granted by the end of President Biden's term.
