be required to address Congress within 2 days (I believe) and ask Congressional approval to continue. After that f45 would only have sixty (I believe) days to attack citizens. At Quantico he declared war on US citizens.

This might seem like a trite maneuver but it will flush f45 out of hiding and expose the one's who are ordering these invasions (Miller, Voought, etc.).

Soon we will be in campaign season again meaning we will likely be seeing a kink in the wall by those who have been supporting the regime. The Rs will have trouble getting campaign money except from the oldigarchs and the town halls will be worse for them than they have been. January 2026 will be different--even if f45 is still alive.

Why isn't this section of the Constitution about when a president makes declaration of war being used against f45?
