citing conflicts that happened before his presidency or not at all. He hasn't figured out that everybody, even his biggest supporters, know its preposterous. In the past his lies were aimed at his ignorant base. Now it appears he thinks it will work on the Nobel Prize committee.
He doesn't know how anything works, and it will never get better.
