They say there is a contaminated construction site bear the fishery.
One thing missing is the contamination level. As with everything, the dose makes the poison.

If you are interested in learning about Fukishima and radiation leakage here is an article from 2019 from Woods Hole. Institute.

It also seems that controlled released of water contain only tritium which can't be extracted from water.
