His catchline from "The Apprentice", was "you're fired!" which was always filmed separately, without the contestants in the room. The contestants were then shown that video, and the cameras filmed their reactions. Editing made it appear otherwise. But Turnip never said those words to their faces. He's too much of a coward to confront people unless he's surrounded by guards -- or the entire security apparatus of the US gov't.
