I don't think Chip Roy likes the fact that he would have 5% more non-Anglos in his district. Plus, the latinos concentrated in one location and different type of neighborhoods that he is used to in Bexar County. (His current district is the affluent neighborhood, this would put him in some middle class neighborhoods) That doesn't mean he wouldn't win. I just don't think he would like it. He's in a white district and would likely struggle to adapt.
