2. Tendency to Fascism is clearly part of the human genome, especially so in males.

It is, by no means limited to any particular culture or population. It might be statistically most prevalent in the genes of male white people, but there is a roughly equal % of the population that reliably adheres to the general fascist viewpoint in every race, creed, and culture, all throughout history in fact. China, India, Saudi Arabia, doesn't matter where you look, there's fascists (even if, in the case of China, they call themselves "communists" ).

Similarly, though, one can also depend on a fairly fixed % of liberal people in any population as well. Unfortunately, inherent to liberal views is the idea that "our side" should not intend to "dominate/dictate" to everyone else, whereas the opposite is true of fascists. In this sense, it's not really a "fair fight", sadly.
