go elsewhere. And I get a medical practice, law firm, pro football team, big business, etc., trying to avoid getting screwed by an employee that moves to another organization without approval with clients and secrets. Plus, most of these noncompetes are within like 25 mile radius.

Absolutely opposed to non-competes for "regular" workers who aren't really being compensated not to go elsewhere.
