Is if you take the prize in 30 payments. Your first payment would be near 26 million before taxes.
If you don't handle money well it could be a good option and any residual after your debt is paid to your estate.

The payout as a lump sum is close to 800 million pretax. About 500 million after tax. A 4% return would give you pretax 20 million without touching principal.

I might be able to survive on that.
