It includes his large number of wire transfers with Russian and eastern European banks, plus other interesting stuff. Epstein was laundering money for many years, in the names of extremely wealthy individuals. It doesn't imply that he was also giving them access to young females ... not all of his clients participated in that, but many did.

Long story short, it's going to be a many years before the financial stuff is revealed. After all the participants are dead, I'm sure.
