2. The pions in the Executive Branch

(rank and file civil servants) already have major restrictions for stock ownership related to whatever industries their agency regulates.

But there needs to be tighter enforcement for appointees in the Executive Branch and a big push for full blown ethics controls on both the Legislative and Judicial Branches.
