28. Okay - so I'm in NJ

My husband is a New American (2020).
Had a green card from 1973 to 2020.
I deal with CBP DAILY in my work.

Blue Cities do NOT PROTECT ANYONE. I'm serious. You realize the Meadowlands is in NJ right? Last company I could see it from my office window.

You ever come through CBP in JFK or Newark? Friend did August 30, 2025. Green Card holder since 2005 - Italian Citizen, Business Owner married to an American, two American children. Family came back from dropping his US Citizen son off at Milan U.

He was pulled (a clean record, not even a traffic ticket) for THREE HOURS.

THREE HOURS.

My husband was pulled for THIRTY MINUTES when we flew back from our Honeymoon in Belize because he didn't have his green card (lost while there). That was 2011.

I really applaud your optimism.

I'm not optimistic. It's like people telling Black women that things will be okay - no worries - just focus on Gaza. Meanwhile -we are the ones losing our fucking jobs. Yeah - it's a real 'tee hee' isn't it?

We live in two different countries. I live in AmeriKKKa. You live in America.

But go ahead - I'm glad you have so much faith that there will be NO problems getting from EWR to Secaucus. Those 11 miles comes with a LOT impediment now. For high tax paying high value job creating Green Card Holder Legal Aliens.
