Is that their lawyers and the DOJ are already working on setting up a J6 "victims" compensation commission. Where the supposed victims are all the pardoned J6 rioters, not the police officers they severely injured. There's no reason to keep this separate lawsuit going because they would lose the case anyway. The convicted and pardoned Proud Boys are already going to be getting paid millions of our tax dollars without going through the courts.
