6. I was at a charity run this weekend and overheard several people talking about taxes on the payout.

Everyone was angry that they'd have to give up over half in taxes if they won.

Then they moved on to the stories of how others ruined their lives after winning a big payout.

Lots of emotions covered in that group conversation.
