There is very little in the way of defense against .... And an absolute multitude of malevolent uses -. (limited really only by the imagination ..)

But - despite a plethora of common sense concerns, explanation and warnings - our elected officials chose to shrug their shoulders ... And here we are ... The moron down the street that you wouldn't trust to watch a hamster ...
