They were some of the biggest donors to the repuke party in '24, bigger than some of the tech bros, way bigger than the gun lobby. "We must create new criminals to stay in business and satisfy our shareholders" they probably said on a conference call about the future of their businesses.

Privatizing the incarceration of American citizens who are then forced to work (oh yes they are, they don't tell you that part) making stupid shit that the prison companies profit even more on should be illegal. Anyone who says slavery is gone from this country is wrong. That is why we incarcerate more per capita than any other country in the world. Almost free labor and taxpayers stuffing the pockets of the "prisoner/slave owners" who run the camps. When a prison company donates to a political candidate or party, THEY ARE BUYING SLAVES!!!!
